“To begin, begin.” – William Wordsworth

With the fall equinox upon us, this time of transition from summer to fall carries the spirit of new beginnings. The new school year is upon us, the air is crisper and the sunlight is shifting—an invitation to begin again.

Wordsworth’s version of the Nike slogan “Just do it” is “To begin, begin.” Instead of talking or thinking about whatever it is you want to launch (or relaunch), just start—more physical activity, a return to reading novels, more phone conversations with friends, anything.

Let the change of seasons mark a shift in you.
